- Please send a high resolution, good quality photo, which has good lighting. It's important to remember that we cannot print to a higher standard than the photo you provide, therefore please ensure that you are happy with the quality of your photo on the screen first.

- If your photo is in landscape style, your design will be created with the photo printed on top and lyrics below. if your photo is portrait style, it will be created with photo on the left and lyrics on the right. Images of both designs are displayed.

We would prefer it if you can provide us with the lyrics for the song. If you provide us with the title of the song only, we will obtain the lyrics online, but we cannot verify the accuracy of the lyrics in this instance.

Brilliant

Absolutely loved the print and was a really goof quality frame. Overall great purchase

Disappointing quality

The print turned up unfortunately with a chip on the wooden frame, the glass extremely loosely fitted and a black mark/smudge on the inside between the print and glass. It is a gift and was not at the quality I'd hoped for.

Lovely product and first class sensitive service

I saw Lisa's designs online when I as looking for a gift for a friend following a bereavement. Nothing online was quite right as they were all linked to happier occasions. I liked the layouts however and emailed Lisa via her website. She replied very quickly and offered to create a design from scratch. She was incredibly patient with me and I wanted to get the font just right and supplied several different proofs to help me get the perfect font. I was really pleased with the quality when the item arrived and the recipient was really pleased with the gift which means a lot at a difficult time. Many online sellers would not take the time to respond at Lisa did and i will have no hesitation in using her again in the future - hopefully for happier occasions.
